Who are we?

ParuCraft is a space for Creatives, and those who want a loving place to come home to.
We work hard to create an environment where builders, artists, and friendly folks can come, sip some coffee, and just relax together. We invest in comfy plugins like PyroFishing, PyroFarming, Towny, ArtMap, and Brewery, hoping to manifest a safe, enjoyable experience.

Every decision is made with the player in mind, primarily catering to artists and builders. However, we include plugins such as mcMMO, Bounties, and AdvancedEnchants as a means to compromise and give those who enjoy *consentual* pvp a little something to indulge in as well. Despite this, we would like to emphasize that this is a relaxed server with a peaceful vision in mind, and we will enforce this.

We will never reset. We are not a competitive server; nobody is "ahead" of anybody, or put at a disadvantage for joining later to the party. We are a community that works together to create something incredible and beautiful. Players work hard on their builds and creations, and we have the deepest respect for that. We wish to preserve their legacies, and see just how much our community can do working together.

If the Minecraft version goes too out of date in say, 3-4 years, we will simply create a second permanent world without deleting the original, allowing players to choose between playing the Legacy World or the New World. They can easily switch between them in-game, similar to how players can warp to the resource world. If the server closes (lets hope not), we will also provide a dropbox download of the map(s). Your hard work here is permanent, so don't be afraid to go big!
